I took a chonic Explorer rear end problem to C&R who was recommended to me by a past customer. Charlie and his crew quickly diagnosed the problem and gave an estimate. Charlie also tried to get some compensation for us on a salvaged rear end we had put on our Explorer at another garage. They would not stand behind their work. Charlie does. Also like the desk conversation versus the stand up counter at most garages. Great customer service! I'll be back.
