My experience with C and R was exceptional! They made me feel like a priority and truly cared about fixing my car. It was fixed quickly and efficiently! The service was great!

I had taken my vehicle to another shop and received a very expensive quote. I brought it to the guys at C&R for a second opinion; the previous mechanics not only misdiagnosed the problem, but over-quoted the repair as well... Thanks to C&R for finding and repairing the problem and getting me back on the road quickly - for much less than I'd been previously quoted! .

Service was fast and friendly. Excellent facility and staff. I highly recommend their service. They got us in on very short notice and were very helpful.

Not happy! I had a gasket cover replaced and noticed my car was leaking something after I got it back. I took it in and they replaced the gasket cover again with the correct cover. However, they said I had antifreeze leaking. I was without my car for 2 weeks because they were fixing a leak. When I get it back I had to spend $685.00 on parts and was told they couldn't find the leak. I'm preparing to move to the Lake of the Ozarks and my car is pouring out antifreeze. I have to get my car to Columbia to leave it there so it can be fixed.
