Fast & friendly service every time! I even received a text a few days after picking up my vehicle to make sure everything was still working correctly.

TERRIBLE! I don't like to do this but, I feel ripped off. First of all, the front desk guy, Allen, said he scheduled me for an alignment and when I got there, he informed me that he only scheduled me for looking at my vehicle. Very snooty guy. Secondly, when the alignment was complete and I drove away, I got down the highway only to find that my vehicle pulls to the left. I will not return to this shop EVER! And i recommend that noone else does either.

I took my car in to get the heat fixed. They called me an hour later, and it was all fixed! They were quick, reliable, and affordable.

Last November, 2018, someone backed into my rear bumper in their parking lot when I brought my car out to be looked at. Charlie told me to bring the car back when I was next in town and they would replace it. They remembered and replaced it AT NO COST when I was just there in August 2019! Great job by the body shop people. It matches perfectly! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Great Professional Service! I brought my baby in, a 77 AMC Gremlin, for a leaking transmission pan they were awesome! Highly recommend them for any age vehicle.

One of the cleanest and most professional shops I've ever seen! They rebuilt the transmission on our 25-year-old Dodge van in-house. Kept us apprised of the progress every step of the way, and even made some improvements to the original design (reprogramming so that shifting is firmer). Hot flushed the cooler lines, checked for leaks, then the owner insisted on test driving it HIMSELF before issuing his final stamp of approval. The transmission itself looks brand new. Randy (owner) explained to me how the case is dismantled and soaked in a series of solvent tanks, then it is painstakingly rebuilt in their "clean room" at the Moberly location. It shifts and drives better than it ever has. Finally, I should comment on Randy's talented crew. These guys EAT and BREATH cars. I stopped by on a Saturday (they have some Saturday hours), and there was a mint '59 Corvette in there receiving a new transmission, and someone else's '62 Galaxie. Also mint. These are each someone's BABIES entrusted to this shop. One of the mechanics was there, ON HIS DAY OFF, wrenching on his own, personal racing motor (he explained to me it was a 350 bored and sleeved to 372 ci - whatever - it looked expensive.). These guys are the real, certified deal.
