They originally rebuilt the trans in my 04 Silverado 7 years ago. No complaints to this day. Just had my sons 2015 GMC transmission done, dropped off late on a Monday and was ready Thursday. Great people and great quick service. Thanks again Charlie and crew.

I live in Mexico MO. and was having transmission problems I took it to C & R Transmission at South Moberly. Charley and his crew went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of. I WOULD NOT. Recommend this guys to no one there rude. And not very take for ever my. My truck has been there for. Over two weeks and they still have yet to figure out whats wrong with it every time im there all i get is excuse or the run around. Or LIED tp by the staff. So there sure not very professional at the kirksville store. I when there yesterday to check on it. And got lied to by RANDY And got talked to like shit bye KELLY. Smarting off about me not having an appointmmkent when i called and told him it was coming i. By tow truck so now two weeks later still waiting. And still no answer so ill not be giving them or sending my family and friends to them for nothing

Service is always fast and efficient. I went in for a oil change and tired rotation. I needed new tires.. They made a special trip in bad weather to Columbia and get my tires. They took me home so I could wait in the comfort of my on home. . Their prices are reasonable. I like how the let you know up front what the coast of the parts will be...I highly recommend this automotive company. .

Not happy! I had a gasket cover replaced and noticed my car was leaking something after I got it back. I took it in and they replaced the gasket cover again with the correct cover. However, they said I had antifreeze leaking. I was without my car for 2 weeks because they were fixing a leak. When I get it back I had to spend $685.00 on parts and was told they couldn't find the leak. I'm preparing to move to the Lake of the Ozarks and my car is pouring out antifreeze. I have to get my car to Columbia to leave it there so it can be fixed.
