TERRIBLE! I don't like to do this but, I feel ripped off. First of all, the front desk guy, Allen, said he scheduled me for an alignment and when I got there, he informed me that he only scheduled me for looking at my vehicle. Very snooty guy. Secondly, when the alignment was complete and I drove away, I got down the highway only to find that my vehicle pulls to the left. I will not return to this shop EVER! And i recommend that noone else does either.

Last November, 2018, someone backed into my rear bumper in their parking lot when I brought my car out to be looked at. Charlie told me to bring the car back when I was next in town and they would replace it. They remembered and replaced it AT NO COST when I was just there in August 2019! Great job by the body shop people. It matches perfectly! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Great Professional Service! I brought my baby in, a 77 AMC Gremlin, for a leaking transmission pan they were awesome! Highly recommend them for any age vehicle.

We use this location on a weekly basis for many different services but mainly for allignments and light mechanical issues. They always get us in quickly and the job is always done correctly

I WOULD NOT. Recommend this guys to no one there rude. And not very take for ever my. My truck has been there for. Over two weeks and they still have yet to figure out whats wrong with it every time im there all i get is excuse or the run around. Or LIED tp by the staff. So there sure not very professional at the kirksville store. I when there yesterday to check on it. And got lied to by RANDY And got talked to like shit bye KELLY. Smarting off about me not having an appointmmkent when i called and told him it was coming i. By tow truck so now two weeks later still waiting. And still no answer so ill not be giving them or sending my family and friends to them for nothing

They did an awesome job!! Got a new torque converter ans shift kit. Drove 1500 miles to the rocky mountains and it ran great, no issues. Its great to have a place to take my vehicle, they are very honest and friendly. Highly recommend!!!
