Awesome customer service

C&R is the best! Brought my truck in because of strange sound was hearing, the got me in towards end of day. Turned out to be serious. They worked overtime on it. Last parts wouldn't be in until morning, so they worked with me for transportation. Finished in morning. So thankful for all involved that cared enough about my safety and went above and beyond to solve what could have been a very serious situation. Thanks!!!!!

My son had a spark plug seized the staff were courteous. They knew exactly what they were doing. They remove the spark plug and put the new spark plug in its place. Thank heaven for goodness mechanics!.

When I first came to Kirksville as a student I went to a different shop in town and had a horrible experience. Afterwards I switched to C&R and I’ve had a great experience both times I’ve needed their services! Everyone there is kind and willing to explain things in a way I can understand. They are always timely with whatever work they are doing to my vehicle, and are also very affordable (which, as a broke college student, is a big deal). I will definitely be a continuing customer.
