I brought my vehicle in for 30K transmission flush and fill and to fix a slight leak. This was the 3rd time that C&R has serviced my transmission. C&R had to order the filter and gasket, so it took two trips to get the work started. Unfortunately, their initial attempt to fix the slight leak failed, requiring a third visit. Ultimately, the leak was fixed and the transmission is good for another 30K. While I realize they can't stock hundreds of filter/gasket kits, it would've been helpful to have had that in place BEFORE they approved my online appointment request, specifically as I had requested flush and fill and filter changeout.While these guys are pretty good to work with, it would help for them to pay a little more attention to requests for appointments, respond to requests for a phone call (they would've heard the exact same thing I put in writing when requesting the appointment) and otherwise wouldn't have forced me to take off work three times to communicate in person what I put in writing.C'mon, guys. You're better than that.
